Our favorite local blue grass band, Molasses Creek, is going from strength to strength. During the summer months, they play every week at Deepwater Theatre, next door to our store.

We are proud to call the wonderful storyteller, Donald Davis, our friend. Now an Ocracoke resident, Donald often performs at Deepwater Theatre.

Rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit with massage and spa therapy. Owned and operated by Amy Borland Hilton, our friend and fellow Ocracoke resident. Amy also leads the Yoga classes at Deepwater Theatre.

Ocracoke Preservation Society & Museum.
This wonderful museum is run by OPS and is well worth a visit when on the Island.

Ocracoke Village Information.
This site is the official site of the Ocracoke Civic and Business Association. It includes information on pretty much all Ocracoke artists, retailers, realtors, services, and other general information, including the official Ocracoke walking map.


Odyssey Center for the Ceramic Arts.
This wonderful Asheville, NC, arts center is next door to Highwater Clays. Christina has trained at Odyssey and gets many of her materials from Highwater.

Ladyslipper.
This group of female artists organise a wonderful weekend of arts and crafts each December in Durham at the "Annual Ladyslipper Holiday Extravaganza". Deepwater is a regular invitee to exhibit at the Ladyslipper show.
